📩If you need to return an item, use are quick and easy Return Portal. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

💲You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

❌Some product categories are restricted from returns such as jewelry, intimates, swimsuits and cosmetics. All final sale and clearance items are excluded from returns.

7️⃣You should expect to receive your refund in the form of store credit within 7 Days of receipt of your return. You will receive notice of our receipt of your return via email.
